'This set of 6 coasters vary slightly from my other designs in that with my more three dimensional designs I am using shape to entice people in. With these designs I have used pattern and texture.

Wanting to create a more unique coaster design, I have used the image of the Birds Nest Fungus (Cyanthus), originally etching the design on the pewter then using this as a pattern, to create further pieces.'
