"My passion for wood-turning was instilled in me as a child, watching my father make toys for me with nothing but hand tools and hurriedly hiding them when the German aircraft came over our house during the war - what memories!

When I had my own house I used to make everything from window frames and cabinets, to new doors. I loved the feel, look & warmth that contact with wood gave me and this has never faltered in my past 20+ years of woodturning. A great pleasure & inner satisfaction is gained by doing a job that you really adore!

It is also nice to be able to sell what you personally make to people. I hope my pen sets give you as much pleasure to own as they did to make."
